Never give up - My PPA win

App and kiosk broke, letter came back said it was indeed working when I disputed ticket. Said I could appeal. Website UI did not allow me to appeal. Corresponded with this email address for a few weeks. I was very professional but persistent, i had screenshot of app and video of kiosk.

All that to say. Don't give up. Find a way.
