Hard drive or icloud/google photos

Hellooo! Idk if applicable dito pero my storage is aboutta get full and so just wanna ask where do you guys store photos? Im not a fan of deleting pictures kasi e. Im considering hard drive or icloud/google photos, thoo ive seen downside both sides e.

Hard drive, im scared it might get virus and like di ko na sya maaccess.

Icloud or google photos is the monthly payment. Which is hindi ko priority bayaran monthly. Question ko lang is what if hindi ko sya mabayaran, what will happen sa photos?

Do you guys have any suggestions where to store photos? Or better yet, which is better?
