Thank you, yinzers!

Today my car wouldn't start so I took a Lyft to and from class. I didn't leave early enough to take the bus. I mentioned this to my driver on the way home and he jump started my car for me! Thanks to him, I was able to get my car to the shop and replace my battery instead of waiting hours for AAA to arrive. (And, yes, I tipped $20 for his help and time away from work, just in case anyone is concerned. I debated whether to include that in the post because I don't want to self-congratulate for basic etiquette, but I assumed someone might ask.) Very grateful for the kind people of this city.
