Dwarf Lemon

Alright plant experts, I need some help! After three years of patience and questionable gardening skills my dwarf lemon tree has finally produced... TWO lemons. Yep just two. And to top it off, they’re mostly yellow but still clinging to a little green at the bottom almost like they can’t fully commit. Did my tree miss the memo on timing or is this just how it goes? I have no idea what I’m doing so any and all advice (and moral support) is welcome and appreciated! Thank you!
