Dual sense edge weird stick drift

Hey guys i got the dual sense edge for about a year now. Recently i have been getting back into shooter games such as helldivers 2 and black ops 6.

Now i got stick drift on my left stick. BUT its not the normal mechanical problem which comes with time. My controller thinks the left stick is completely turned to the left and it makes games unplayable. Even navigating menus. When i take the left module out and blow out the connecting ports it goes away sometimes but returns quickly. Seems like an electrical issue?

I dont want to buy a new module since they are 50 euros atm in germany(even though they said they would cost 20 euros) and i have the fear that it wouldnt help anyway because maybe the module isnt the problem in that case. Is there anyway to fix this or have you guys experienced the same as i? I dont think this is a mechanical issue but something with the connection between module and controller. Sucks i bought this thing because i thought swapping out modules is a good stickdrift killer and stops me from buying a whole new controller but modules are expensive af and it probably wont even help to buy a new module in my case anyway🤷‍♂️
