Does anyone have an issue where your controller doesn't respond if you play certain games after launching them with open ps2 loader? I have to unplug and plug it back in for it to work.

Has anyone had an issue launching particular titles using Open PS2 Loader and the controller no longer responds? It will work again if I unplug it and plug it back in. Very strange and annoying behavior. I've noticed it so far in Gran Turismo 4.

And yes I have tried two different controllers with the same behavior.
