What do you other punks wear in Winter?

I live in Germany where sometimes it's -10 Celsius and most of my cool alt outfits are way too cold, so I resorted to just wearing a regular winter jacket. I don't like the look at all, and people don't recognize me as punk, which I hate. So what do you guys wear, open to any suggestions
