Me (18m) and my girlfriend (19m) who apparently likes her co worker who likes her too what should I do?

My gf and I knows each other since 7th grade, we live in the philippines and we experienced together the romance that some call as teenage love or slowburn until we got together, I was the first to love and pursue her for about 3 years I pursued her and we had some rough patches but I stayed, I had so many flaws and shortcomings But I tried my best to keep up:> so fast forward she's my gf now, im in my 1st year college and she is taking her gap year, she's working at a big convenience stop right beside a mcdonalds branch, where currently we are having a rough patch due to conflicting schedules and me being super busy, to be honest even without seeing her everyday and through chats only, I am super super still inlove with her, and I'm just casually doing my best in college, not attracted to someone else and just doing my own thing, maybe due to my short comings and not being able to give all my time became the spark for her to lose her feelings for me, now she's attracted to the guy who likes her who is working on Mcdonalds where she gets to see him everyday and he gets to see her everyday, sorry for the rusty english but I guess I was a failure in being a boyfriend? what should I do , I dont wanna let go of her man ashgfjhasgfhasgfjhagsfs
