Retroid return process (PWM sensitivity)

I would like to try RP5, since I love my 2S and I want to play some PS2/GC games.

The issues is – I'm pretty sensitive to cheap OLED panels, and I can't use most low/mid range OLED Android phones.

I'm based in Europe, and we have the right to return anything within a 14 day window, but it's always pretty sketchy when it's a Chinese company like Retroid.

Did anyone try the return process? Is it simple, or a pain in the ass? Thanks!
