RF connector help

Hello :) I am trying to connect a 300W RF Generator (pictured bottom) to a MFJ Versa Tuner II (pictured top) which is rated for 300W.

I am a bit new to RF connectors so was looking for some advice on how to determine what type of RF ports these are and how to create a cable with connectors to go between these two ports. Thanks
