Mk677 advice needed

Hello I started mk677 10mg before sleep and continued for approximate 4 days. Sleep was great and pumps were crazy but I noticed increased anxiety. After four days I had to stop using mk and the anxiety calmed within 2 days. Now, I was well aware that my stressed daily life contributes to the anxiety and that I have dealt with it before. But under these circumstances I was very well aware that is was provoked by mk677.

Is there any way to cope with that? Or maybe to reduce that side effect?

Info: male 33 Not using any other drugs Haven’t used any steroids or sarms before either.
