Canpar Canada and long delays from package coming from Surrey

I've been waiting for a package sent with CANPAR to ATLEAST start the journey to my province because I know that the current Canada Post strike is overloading every other carrier and it might take slightly longer.

It hasn't moved since Monday. No scan,nothing and customer support has been less than helpful. Anybody dealing with the same issue? Anything helpful?

Edit to make it clearer I'm talking about Canpar Express,another carrier in Canada.

FINAL EDIT, MIGHT DELETE THE POST LATER: I finally got it on December 24th. It was sent out on the 9th. I'm glad it's over and done with.
