how ready is my tank?

planted and full of activity, im pretty sure one of my bladder snails just layed eggs (yay!), the anubias im surprised even is still attatched to the wood theres no glue or anything holding it down ive got some water wisteria, moneywort, red ludwigia (though it came super green) monte carlo and a red tiger lotus thats grown at least 3 leaves since i got it i noticed a scud in there somewhere the other day and theres a ton of microfauna

just looking for some neos and red racers for this tank
