What's the difference between SSE and SAE?

So, I've finally bought Skyrim for steam, I got the special edition, but the key I bought came with the AE dlc, now I'm confused if the SAE is just the SSE with some Creation Club stuff or if there's another version of the game called SAE that has more stuff than the dlc for SSE.

Edit: I'm asking for this specific because I think this may be the reason I'm getting some bugs while moding my game, I'm downloading the SSE version instead of the SAE
