If South Africa was like Kenya, had no apartheid. There would be no load shedding

So load shedding is affecting South Africa in numerous ways. However, whenever I do tell the truth that the reason, there is load shedding to begin with is because of Apartheid people start trying to shut me down, claiming there has been almost 30 years since the end of Apartheid.

Let's have a look at Kenya, which had their independence back in 1963. Of course, the Britons did implement a system similar to Apartheid during the colonial era. But the Kenyans have had 30 years more of independence to develop their nation.

Some examples.

1: The electricity grid is highly developed, and power outages are very rare, maybe once a week at most. This is similar to the power grids in Europe, so what Kenya Energy is providing is world-class service.

2: Kenya is ahead of many states when it comes to e-government. I had no issues what soever to get my visas online, the websites are a pure joy to use. When I had to renew my visitor's pass, it was done in less than an hour (way faster than when I have to deal with the government back in Europe.

3: Kenya is extremely safe besides the terrorist threat, I roam freely in Nairobi and Mombasa, as long as I don't show off, nothing will happen. When I ask the Uber drivers about car jackings, they laugh and sigh since it's non-existent in Kenya.

When I went to Gauteng, I had to drive everywhere and mind the risk of car jackings.

4: Kenya has no racism or tribalism, everyone is equal, and they have all united behind the unifying language Swahili (which South Africa should implement as well.

So, Mandela, Mbeki, Zuma and Ramaphosa are true heroes. They have done so many good things for South Africans, but South Africans are impatient. In 30 years I think you will be at the same level as Kenya is now, while Kenya will be the Dubai of Africa. So by 2053 there will be no load shedding, barely any criminality or inequality if ANC will continue to govern your beautiful nation.

Have patience and spread love instead of hating on ANC. Everything will be good.

All of you need to learn about Umoja and Harambee.
