slack line achievement not updating

i made a new playthrough todo the slack line achievement and i went though a entire hunters blind not leaving my webline or being caught until the last guy where i webstriked him and the counter didnt go up at all its remaining at 22 is there a fix for this or am i doing it wrong ?

Edit: for anyone who is having the same thing it’s counted separately per save so just get up to 25 on a new save if that’s what your doing
