Fuel Leak

Alright everyone. Im currently rewiring my 84 c10 with dual tanks and I noticed i now have a fuel leak from the driver side tank. My thought process is that when I pulled the harness for the tail lights it may have rubbed on one of the rubber lines on top of the tank just enough to make it leak (more than likely original hoses). Does that sound unrealistic? Truck is pretty rust free so I don't think it'd be leaking through the tank. Any input is helpful.
