Arguing in front of sk

I've told DH multiple times not to yell at me in front of ss4. Today, he called me into the bathroom (while ss was pooping) to yell at me for not picking the toys up out of the bath after I bathed all 3 kids (ss4, bd4 and bd 1). Does everyone really always pick up the toys when they're done with bathtime? I just shut the door on them and walked out. I'm not fighting in front of sk.
