The idea of building something bigger than "just a clothing brand", but a community

One thing I’ve learned running 2WEAR is that there’s always room to push boundaries... not just with designs, but with the experience we’re creating for our community. Right now, we’re working on an idea that’s been in the back of my mind for a while: how to make our drops feel even more special for our customers to the few that are able to get our clothing.

The way we sell out is through limited stock and we never sell that same item again once sold out...

The idea behind our brand is to be exclusive and scarce, meaning it feels special to have our clothes. All of our products are known for very limited stock, and once sold out, it's gone for good. If you were too late to buy it, you better be earlier next time. We are thinking to start an "Exclusive 100" edition/collection where we will order 100 pieces of a specific clothing with a banger design. We will give out 50 of these for FREE to the community, all they have to do to enter is to like, follow, and share on their IG story to enter, and we will pick at random. If they wish to increase their chances, we send them to an email funnel to collect their email. Our email list is the way we have sold out all our collections (thanks to ads), but we want more engagement organically. I believe this new concept can be a great add on for our brand, and we can make it a continuity. The remaining 50 pieces of clothing will be sold, and once sold out, they are gone for good. The customers will know that these are exclusive items with only 100 pieces, making them very special, and also their money's worth. The clothing will have some type of tag that represents the exclusivity, making it authentic and real. Thankfully we work with great manufacturers that allows us to order in low quantities and are able to customize this the way we like.

The first piece of clothing will be a hoodie, I will post images when we get it. I believe this idea will allow us to stay on our mission, and compliments the way we sell our products. We charge more, but it makes the experience better for our customers.

One thing to keep in mind; the more we are able to charge, the more special we can make the shopping experience for our customers.

I believe through our campaigns and products, we sell an experience and feeling that creates a community. Wearing something that isn't being created again once sold out, and something very few people are able to get their hands on. The goal is to give our customers the feeling we want ourselves when we wear something (A higher status).

Best part about this? We are able to give back to our community with FREE exclusive clothing, while creating a bigger community. Focusing on community and helping your customers will get you your money and sales naturally (my opinion). Selling just to make money quickly is not the way to go.

The more you help, the more you receive.
