Please Advise on How to Approach an App !

Hello everybody,

Recently I got into SwiftUI studies and we have to write an app through Storyboards that would allow create 2 accounts that would be able to transfer funds to one each other. I'm having trouble on wrapping my head around it and how to express in the code.

I'm aware that this probably a rookie question, but I think community input would be a great learning experience :D

Your advice would be greatly appreciated!
