OneDrive/Sharepoint sync issues

Anyone is having onedrive and sharepoint sync issues? Since 2-3 weeks ago people started having issues where files wont sync and/or download. Microsoft support only told me to unlink the account and sign in again or update the onedrive agent. No luck. Some users are fine but others are complaining....
