Obese beginner
I am on a weight loss journey to lose 80lbs and keep it off. In the past, I lost 100lbs but gained most of it back. I would like to start TKD as a way to create an active lifestyle, which isn’t something I did in the past.
I would really like to hear the experiences of those who started TKD while significantly overweight. Currently, I am 5’8 and 260 pounds.
