25 Latino male thinking of teaching in Korea

Hi everyone, I just have a curious question, how cooked am I, if I want to teach after I graduate from university, in spring 2025. From what I’ve seen race does seem to matter which is why I’m not having high hopes but things can change. Im also from the United States. I’m just uneducated in the topic. I honestly really enjoy the culture and it’s between teaching in Korea or China at this point. China seems to have higher pay and more opportunities but I really do love Korea. What are your thoughts?
