PC crashing into BIOS for no reason.

Hey all.

I was using my computer today, have not made any big changes recently, and suddenly screen went black. PC remained on, ended up turning it off and it went into a boot loop for a while, if that's relevant.

PC is now booting into windows fine but now the screen just randomly goes black and i'm back in the BIOS. Can exit out and boot again fine but it's really annoying. PC doesn't turn off or anything.

PC has been booting straight into bios and then i just exit into windows for ages, i've just dealt with it, if that's relevant.

TL;DR: PC randomly just crashes and goes into BIOS, will boot back into windows fine but ????
