20 year old here, and have some serious advice with young teenagers...
So firstly I wanna start off, that as a young teen I've spent throughout my whole damn life just playing video games and I barely have ever been interested in education and stuff, I'd always do the bare minimum. I was lazy AF.
Now I'm just having some consequences for this.
So please for the love of god do not be like me.
And please do not wait for opportunities.
Whenever you're thinking of START NOW! Like whether you want to get your driver's license etc. like if you're 14 and you're like "Nahhh I'll just wait until I'm 16 i got time" No! STUDY NOW! It's always better doing it early!
Thinking of maybe taking few AP classes in school? DO IT NOW!
I know for fact now days procrastination and social media has been a pretty big problem now days. And can really be taking a toll on lot of people's mental health.
