Financial Struggles

Hello all,

I am a psychotherapist in private practice in the New England area. I am 2 years into my private practice, and I find that I just can’t seem to find my footing in terms of saving up for taxes, paying for health insurance, living expenses, etc. I love the work I do but have been feeling very defeated with regards to the long-term viability of being able to maintain my practice. Has anyone else struggled with this? If so, how did you overcome it?
