[PC][2005-2010?] Medieval fantasy ARPG

Platform(s): PC

Genre: ARPG (offline single player)

Estimated year of release: Based on what I remember the visual quality to be, maybe around 2007, but could be as early as 2002

Graphics/art style: 3D with overhead camera (I don't think isometric)

Notable characters: I don't remember any notable characters.

Notable gameplay mechanics: Medieval fantasy setting, there are lots of undead like skeletons and stuff. Party based, you start with one character and can add more as the game progresses. No predefined classes IIRC, characters learn skills by using scrolls or something and are "specialized" as hit-with-stickers or healers or whatever as you progress through the game. You can dodge projectiles by dancing. I think dying and running as a ghost to bypass areas might have been a thing.

Other details: Very early in the campaign you can optionally kill a bear (a difficult enemy for that part of the game) and get a special bear coat. You pass through mines early on. You can cheese strong enemies by dodging their projectiles while plinking away at them. I recall staves being good weapons.

Edit: I tossed the above details into Gemini, and the game is Dungeon Siege 1, released 2002. I guess graphics looked better to me back then lol. I found a video of someone playing it and it definitely had the bear as I remembered. ChatGPT recognized it more precisely than Gemini.
