Lavender Sky Experience

Hi all. I’m new here and wanted to share my experience with Lavender Sky in case others are researching and trying to decide.

Background info: At 196 lbs (5’7”) I visited my pcp in the fall of 2022 to finally seek help. Nothing was working. I would eat 1200-1500 calories a day and was exercising 4-5 times a week and GAINING weight. After bloodwork, we found that I was deficient in vitamin D and possibly entering perimenopause. My doc gave me a list of meds to research, and we ultimately settled on trying Mounjaro. It seemed to have the fewest side effects from the list she gave me. I never got to enjoy the $25 coupon, but happily paid $550 a month. Over the course of about 14 months I lost 43 lbs, mostly on 2.5 and 5mg, but each month was a struggle to get my prescription filled for all of the same reasons that most have dealt with.

I took my last dose of Mounjaro in early Feb, hoping that the weight would stay off. I have been super stressed, constantly worrying about gaining weight again and my food noise came back with a vengeance. I have done okay and have only gained 7 lbs, but I’m not waiting around to see if it stops there.

So after weeks of researching compound options, I finally decided to give Lavender Sky a shot. I submitted my request for virtual approval on April 2nd (this is the option to use if you have previously used GLP-1 meds).

On April 4th (Thursday) I received notice that my info had been reviewed and approved. I paid my invoice and reviewed all the helpful information they provided. Their info states that on the day you pay your invoice, they submit the request to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Since I chose the tirzepatide starter package, it went through Hallendale.

On Monday, April 8th I received a Fedex notification that my package had been shipped, and my order was delivered in the afternoon of April 9th, one week from my original request.

I haven’t taken my first dose yet. While I didn’t have any side effects on the brand medication, I am being cautious and waiting until the weekend just in case.

tl;dr- Lavender Sky was easy to sign up and I rcvd my meds in 7 days from first contact.
