Titanfall 2 on a 5-6 year old computer?

I want to know how viable it it is for me to play Titanfall 2 on a 5-6 year old computer since Sony is being greedy and making it so that to be able to use online services on ps4 requires PlayStation Plus to play. The computer has not had any upgrades or major changes since it was built.
