Just Cancelled Lebanon trip for next week and booked 13 Day Last-minute flight to South Korea & Japan. Please rate my itinerary and let me know if it's too cramped

As the headline says, had to cancel my flight to Lebanon and just found a good deal to visit both South Korea & Japan from Europe.

I'm flying into Seoul from Europe & I am flying out of Tokyo back to Europe:

Day 1. Fly to Seoul @ 9:20AM from Europe (This day will be filled with flying)

Day 2. Arrive 11:40AM @ Seoul

Day 3. Seoul

Day 4. Seoul

Day 5. Train to busan during the day (12-2PM)

Day 6. Busan

Day 7. Fly to Osaka From Busan (To avoid traveling back to Seoul, the idea is to fly out of Busan)

Day 8. Osaka

Day 9. Train to Tokyo (12-2PM) - Tokyo

Day 10. Tokyo

Day 12. Tokyo

Day 13. Tokyo in the morning & Fly from Tokyo 4:55PM back to Europe

The way I planned it is to avoid having to go back to a destination to save time. Would you recommend me to stay longer in a place or if i should skip a place?

I would have loved to stay longer, but as I mentioned this was not even in the plan as I was supposed to go to Lebanon. Any tips would be more than welcome. Also activities or food hotspot would be more than appreciated.

Thanks Redditors :)
