Headed to Tokyo soon - what’s the best travel guide app?

I’m planning a trip to Tokyo and trying to figure out the best way to explore without relying too much on mobile data since I heard it can get pretty expensive. I’d love something that works offline and actually helps with finding cool spots—good food, interesting places to check out, maybe even some hidden gems. Also, something that has reliable info like opening hours and locations all in one place would be great.

I’m traveling with a couple of friends, so having multiple language options would be a huge plus. And honestly, I just want something that makes it easy to save places I wanna visit without having to constantly Google everything.
