Extremely fash flashing blue light in sky?

Hey, idk if I'm really supposed to post stuff like this here, but I was driving home just about 20 minutes ago, and I saw a fast moving flashing blue light, it flashed about every two seconds, it probably made it across the sky in around 10 seconds before I couldn't see it anymore. The light looked like I was being shined in the eyes by a laser, and seemed to be maybe around the hight of a Cessna or higher. I love next to a pretty large army reserve about an hour off from the military base in Milan, TN. Just curious if anyone has seen anything like this before, I'd almost say it was a drone or something but the light was just so uncomfortably bright, but didn't leave dots in my eyes. Local time was around 9:25pm.
