Unmedicated induction stories/experiences?

I'm on my third baby and have had one induction and one spontaneous labor, both medicated. I tried to do unmedicated with my first and ended up getting the epidural at about 6cm. With my 2nd I was already at 6cm when I got to the hospital and it was nowhere near as painful, I think if I had wanted to or tried I could have had her without the epidural.

I've decided I really want to try an unmedicated birth again, and was hoping to avoid induction because it was much more painful than spontaneous labor in my opinion, but it looks like I may have to be induced this Monday after all if she doesn't come on her own before then.

I was just hoping to get some different perspectives on those who have had a successful unmedicated birth that was induced.
