DOG FOUND - Please share

This dog was found today in Carl Schurz Park and we need help locating her family! She is not microchipped but was found wearing a collar (which is pretty tight on her). Please spread the word and let me know if you have any information!

P.S. I volunteer for a dog rescue and have already reached out to my team regarding intake. However, shelters and rescues are in crisis mode right now and do not have the resources for all of the dogs who need our help.
