First class large envelope

I had a friend send out a bubble mailer package on 10/21. They are in Indiana and sending to Illinois. For some reason the clerk sent it as a first class large envelope so there’s no tracking on it. It’s now the 31st and I still have not received it. Any hope that it shows up at some point?
