Reminder JD Vance is Using Stolen Vermont Salaries to Ski

Just a friendly reminder for the "show some respect!!!!" crowd-

Thousands of Vermonters work in government positions, providing services we demanded our representatives create and fund with our tax dollars, to make Vermont a livable state.

They are not only being bullied into taking the same buyouts offered to Twitter employees that never materialized, but they are being disrespected by this administration publicly, on social media, every single day.

They are being told they are lazy, work in useless jobs, are fully worthless people who are destroying America while they keep this country and THIS ENTIRE STATE running.

They were fired for being on "probationary status"- which is what the government puts you on for the first year of your new promotion, and told by this government that it was because of poor performance and bad work habits in the email that fired them. The email.

And that's just our direct government employees- like every single person from the administrative staff to the doctors that work for the VA in Vermont.

Many more Vermonters work in jobs that are funded with government grants- jobs that benefit everyone in this community, that we again told our representatives to take our tax money to establish-

and those grants are being revoked after being rewarded, meaning Vermonters are being fired from jobs that were already heavily vetted and approved and funded.

And the ripple effect of that is already being felt throughout this state-

And that's before the destruction of Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security has even been finalized-

And this man, who has overseen and approved and cheered on and orchestrated and participated in all of that,

dares to come here

And use stolen Vermont salaries, to fund a multi-million dollar weekend trip to ski on a Vermont mountain in a National Forest that he intends to help steal so that he can sell it to be torn apart, blown apart, and sold for scrap, at the expense of even more Vermont livelihoods

and you want your fellow Vermonters to show him some respect?

Maybe you should show some Patriotism, and some neighborly solidarity, and some humility for speaking that request out loud.

Every. Single. Vermonter. Lining the road to Sugarbush today, and writing the Sugarbush snow report, and decking our their homes and businesses and vehicles with messages to that Wormtongue JD Vance

Showed their fellow Vermonters who are suffering under this administration already the respect and support that they deserved

and they certainly showed more grace, composure, and respect than that man earned after what he's done to this country and the immediate, terrible harm he has done to Vermont, and the livelihoods and futures of Vermonters.

Thank you everyone who could make it to the protests. I wish I had stood with you today, and I know I will have and accept many opportunities to stand with you against these tyrants and for America, the Constitution, and Vermont in the future.

In the very face of an architect of the destruction of our lives, you did not perform an act of resistance, but of defiance.
