Call wait times

Welp. I’m another causality to a cancelled flight that of course is under the 3 days so I can’t reschedule on my own and the flight time they rescheduled me for doesn’t work. Earliest callback time is after the time I need to get to my destination.

Just curious what some of you folks have had to wait getting through on the phone? Was on hold for 1.5 hours on the priority line but the offices closed and had to call back on the normal line, so the wait begins again!
