My name is Richard Taylor and I own GrandinTaylor LLC. We're a real estate dispositions company that specializes in hedge funds. In the first year of running my company I largely focused on off market, direct to seller deals. We can get upwards of 95% of after repair value from these hedge funds and they're buying more deals that I can get my hands on. After I receive your deal I'll bit all 5 funds against each other to get the highest offer. The best part is, you keep most of your assignment fee. I believe that the wholesaler who has the deal has done the majority of the work and deserves the majority of the profit.
