Can I still redownload the Wii games?

Guys i have a doubt here, there's a crazy lot of misinformation about this, many people say the Wii store is completely down, you can't even connect it fo wifi, but many people say you can still redownload all the games, dlc and everything normally.

Does anyone here knows the truth about this? It's still possible or no to redownload Wii games?
