What is the biggest counter to every ADC?

Since there's no op.gg for wild rift to see the statistics could you guys explain what's your main's biggest counters and why?

Vayne is my go to, I've reached Chall/Legend

In high elo it always felt like the biggest threats were Kai'sa and Draven since you can't really long trade with them, they simply take half your HP in an instant.

It's worth mentioning supports as well meaning not just "Kai'sa" or "Draven" but like Draven-Thresh;oh boy.
