Question for non-Polish fans, do you get interested in polish literature, because of Witcher?

I'm giving a lecture about the impact of The Witcher on Polish culture, and just as our native gamedev has developed a lot thanks to Geralt's success, I have the impression that Polish fantasy has not gained as much. Has anyone become interested in Polish literature thanks to The Witcher, are there fan translations of authors such as Grzędowicz or Maja Lidia Kossakowska? But does the witcher exist completely independently?
