What a cluster fack!

Ok, I have created a shit storm. I am a Canadian senior management team member and I sent an executive an email where I shared some significant safety concerns and concerns of a breach of privacy, and harassment.

My medical information was spread throughout the company by HR, which is one person. And it has been used to harass me.

The complaint email was sent to the HR by the executive.. HR sent it to everyone, including her friends in different locations and our USA team. The email implicated the president and VP in non-compliance and essentially blocking me from for my job and HR for disclosing my personal information.

I have an American team, higher in the company Hierarchy, which I could directly reach out to, but it's going directly above the CA president, which I report to.

Everyone clearly knows, but no one is discussing it with me, but we seem to be carrying on, very awkwardly and I'm at a loss. I have never been in such a situation and I must admit, I am clueless on how to proceed other than to find a new job asap. Advice please.
