My Manager isn’t upholding their part of the PIP
So I was put on a PIP & removed from an internship based of a couple of mistakes I made. Personally, I feel it was unfair since only two were bad, and only one was a safety issue, and the rest either only happened once bc of an extenuating circumstance or weren’t my fault. The rest of the feedback was super vague, and about stuff I thought I had been doing good on.
Anyways, as part of the PIP, my manager said she would meet with me weekly & I’d meet with the educator & have simulations.
I don’t know what to think. I’m honestly really worried. Combined with the lack of feedback, I’m terrified. The last meeting I had with her, where I signed the PIP paper, she said that the feedback from my trainers (which I never get to see, so this is just a meaningless word to me) had vastly improved. But before that meeting, she basically ignored me for over a month, stalling my training, and no one would answer any of my questions. She hasn’t even emailed me a copy like she said she would.
Is this a good thing? Is it bad?? Should I be worried? What do I do?
