youtube lagging

so generally saying, yesterday was everything fine but today when I booted my pc and launched youtube, it was very laggy, even now. also, I have an adblock on, maybe it's because of that? browser isn't baggy at all, only youtube, don't know what to do. maybe yall have some thoughts about this? why this happened?
