Lenovo P11 Pro only getting 480p video (DRM issue?)

I recently bought a Lenovo P11 Pro Gen 2 for video streaming; one of the main reasons I bought it was it has Widevine L1 support. However, when using YouTube TV I'm only getting 480p max resolution. This would indicate it's not seeing the L1 cert or not using it. Googling the issue, it seems common with Lenovo and YoutubeTV reps being little to no help. Is there a way to actually solve this? Thanks!
