Will 5mg yield better results?

I was on semaglutide for a month before switching over to perscription Zepbound. I have only been on the starting dose of both meds.

Im well into week three of zepbound 2.5mg and still battling some hunger cues. I can go without eating so much, but I can also eat a good amount in one sitting. So when I'm feeling emotional I'll tend to get to my caloric TDEE limit or go slightly over.

I do work out lightly 2-3 times per week. I have multiple disabilities & I'm 2 months postpartum from a c section, so working out more than that isn't feasible right now.

I feel like I've been in a stall lately. I have so far lost 30lbs from my prebirth weight, which the baby & placenta etc was about 8lbs of that. I am not breastfeeding, which is how I can take this med.

I just feel like I'm not making much progress & still struggling with some distinct food noise. Im going to make some more changes though to help me continue to lose.

But does the transition to 5mg fron 2.5mg make a big difference? I hope my remaining food noise dissipates here soon.
