What should my next nation be?

What would you advice me as next steps in my ottoman campaign? I`m only at war with the Allies. Italy might declare war on me in 9 months, if i decide to not join the axis. I have very good CAS, but no navy. I`ve considered everything: Attack Soviets/China/Japan/Axis. What would you recommend?
