Trying to connect simple 4-bit counter to PMOD output on Xillinx ZCU104 FPGA board to see if there is a signal but not getting anything on oscilloscope. I know the PMOD connector is powered because if I hook up the 3.3V and GND pins to the oscilliscope, I get roughly 3.3V.
