I just discovered that you can complete the "Poison Target, Dart Gun" payout even if your target is dead. Btw you can also complete the "Poison Target, Emetic" by shooting an unconscious target with the Sieker.
I disabled vsyinc so I would reduce my input lag by increasing fps but now my cpu heats too much. Is there any way in which I can cap my fps to 120 instead of only 60?
You want to lure stationary targets surrounded by NPCs but prefer not to use Sieker/Emetic, this double/prolonged distraction trick is equally OP and works most of the time.
