Why do the girl that everyone likes, has numerous friends and even makes friends with randome people feels a little overreacting and weird to me. Even though I am also her 'friend'?

There is a girl who has numerous friends from the course of her companies she has worked in, or from her college and even random people she met over the trips whom she hangs out with. But somehow I don't feel close to her and that she overreacts a bit. Is there something wrong with me?
